Uniquely different from most Lighting & Electrical Contractor’s “back end” approach to lighting maintenance, the Field Review Index Program was designed as a comprehensive “front end” strategy. Our goal is to make lighting maintenance issues imperceptible to the tenant, management, and property owners.

Initially, our field inspector will index, map, and catalogue all exterior lighting fixtures and signs into our computerized tracking system. Next, a historical database of luminaires is created. Capturing repair information has numerous advantages in that WIL-CAL will be able to identify outage trends and rapidly narrow troubleshooting efforts. Accurate budget forecasting becomes possible as well.

Unlike the traditional “on call” service, this new report and repair strategy provides affordability and control. No longer will you be in the dark regarding the status of your lighting and signs, you will be able to respond to problems before they escalate into a liability issue.
